Advocate's Bill of Rights
Although I really like the article, I have trouble accepting the fact that I, as a mediator, should be held accountable for what my clients decide. First of all, as a mediator, I am not allowed to provide/give legal advice. Secondly, the clients decide to agree or dissagree on something. Furthermore, all clients are strongly advised to seek ILA. Granted I will privided legal Information, I may even suggest they look up relevant court cases and documents, but it is their decision.
