 Language at mediation

I always appreciate hearing the language and language approaches used by other mediators - thanks for the article. In my work and training I like to use the word "participant" when describing those in mediation. It eliminates the adversarial nature of "party" or "disputant" and eliminates the defined label that a role can establish, i.e., landlord, etc.
