I think you never can over-emphasize the importance of emotional involvement in conflict resolution.
The best techniques will fail if the facilitator doesn't get involved emotionally, the worst techniques will have some degree of success if empathy is achieved. We need more perspsectives like this one, from the article. Thanks, Ramiro
