I appreciated this article. I find so many folks see "spirituality" as religion rather than the centeredness that we as practitioners need to continue to responsibly work with other people in conflict. That centeredness is critical, especially when we (potentially) have our own issues hanging out close to our emotional surface and are vulnerable ourselves to being drawn into the emotions of the conflicts of others. The bibliography is wonderful and I look forward to the day I might have time to read some of these books and articles.
