License to Mediate
An important consideration- What criteria would qualify a mediator? What implications would this have for community mediators, rather than paid professionals? Would it be cost/time prohibitive to community mediation centers and volunteers? These things should be addressed before anybody signs on, because it could potentially disqualify community mediation efforts.

Great article. It's definitely a worthwhile consideration-especially if it can serve the best interests of the public!!
