Tammy, I so much enjoyed your comments and will be forwarding a link to lots of people. I find that, indeed, there is so much that stands in the way of effective interpersonal negotiation skills. I think we can all improve in our skill department and yet what you say is so true. How we feel about conflict and negotiations, and how we answer the questions you posted, constantly gets in the way of good listening and effective conflict resolution. This is a brilliant piece!
