I like very much tris quote because it is very common that people thinks that venting is what you have to do if you want to handle a conflicto in a right way. But the example of the bartender is so true, when you feel angry and talk with someone, even an stranger, you feel better.

This is so true. Moving in the other direction toward regulation rather than venting is proven to lower levels of activation in the nervous system and lessen the levels of recurrent outburst of anger over time. This is the basis of a mindful practice.
