Fee Policies

Marital Mediation: $175 per 90 minute sessions; $235 per two hour sessions.

Workplace Mediation: $175 per hour.

Mediating Engineering Company Internal Squabbles: $175 per hour.

Mediating Disputes Valued at $50,000 or Greater:

· Full-day sessions -- $650 per side. 9:00 – 5:00

· Half-day sessions -- $350 per side. 9:00 – 1:00 or 1:00 – 5:00

· Extended sessions -- $100 per hour per side.

Mediating Disputes Valued Under $50,000:

· Full-day sessions -- $550 per side. 9:00 – 5:00

· Half-day sessions -- $300 per side. 9:00 – 1:00 or 1:00 – 5:00

· Extended sessions -- $85 per side per hour.

Mediating Credit Card Default, Valued Under $10,000:

· Two-Hour sessions -- $150 per side. 9:00 – 11:00 or 1:00 – 3:00

· Extended sessions -- $75 per side per hour.

Method of Payment: Cash, Bank cashier’s checks, Postal Money Orders, Attorney’s business account checks, and Corporate checks are all accepted. Personal checks are not accepted except for mediating couples. Credit cards are not accepted.

Location for Mediation

The National Mediation Center, home of paxUnited, is providing facilities for my Collin and Dallas County mediations.

Their address is 508 Twilight Trail, Suite 99, Richardson, TX 75080. From U.S. 75, Central Expressway, go west on W. Arapaho Road to Custer Road. Go left on Custer Road a very short block, then right on to Twilight Trail. The address is in a gated quadrangle with distinctive Spanish architecture and the paxUnited logo on the gate post. It is a very short distance from Custer Road. (The gates are open during business hours.)
