Civil Disputes This general category of mediation covers a whole range of disputes involving two or, at most, a small number of parties. Disputes between neighbors, owners and their homeowner's association, a customer and a building contractor, a Credit Card Company and a Card Holder, a dispute over a professional fee - to name just a few. A high percentage of all of these types of disputes can be mediated to settlement without court action - if all parties are willing to work toward that end. The peaceful resolution of a dispute is especially desirable when there is an ongoing relationship that needs to be restored. My role as mediator is to act as a neutral facilitator, guiding the negotiation in the direction of a satisfying resolution. Drawing on my life experiences and my training and experience as a professional mediator, I am well equipped to provide the benefits of mediation to the community at large. Please contact me by phone or e-mail. I will get back to yo as soon as possible.
