No administration fee. Deposit required for time reserved.

CANCELLATION/CONTINUANCE FEE: Because it is next to impossible to fill the reserved time to cover last minute cancellations, if the scheduled hearing is taken off calendar due to cancellation or continuance, I will expect payment for the time reserved unless I am able to schedule another hearing with someone else. It is my general policy to consider the fee as chargeable and/or non-refundable if the cancellation is made or rescheduling is requested within 30 business days of any scheduled hearing. Fees advanced for matters rescheduled or canceled more than 30 business days before any scheduled hearing are generally applied to the new hearing date, or refunded.
