Arbitrator training courses conducted by the American Arbitration Association from 1982 to present, including basic and advanced courses in arbitration case management techniques for large, complex civil cases; AAA annual mediator training, commencing in 1986; Mediation and the Law (Gary Friedman), 1991, a 40-hour process course, two negotiation (basic and advanced) week-long courses at Harvard Law School (Roger Fisher and Bruce Patton) in 1990 and 1994.
