More About Ken Bryant Mr. Bryant's mediation style is facilitative or evaluative, or both, depending on the needs of the parties. He is a founding member and former president of the California Dispute Resolution Council (CDRC), a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting efficient, accessible ADR services. Mr. Bryant is a member of ACR, the Northern California Mediation Association, and was 2002 Chair of the State Bar of California Standing Committee on ADR. He served on the Blue Ribbon Panel of Experts on Arbitrator Ethics by appointment of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of California.

 

 

Mr. Bryant is a frequent lecturer and has taught classes in arbitration, mediation and ethical dilemmas for neutrals at a number of law schools, and for bar and court programs. He currently teaches Negotiation and Dispute Resolution for the Department of Organization & Management, College of Business, San Jose State University.

He is the author of "Ethics in Mediation," A Litigator's Guide to Effective Use of ADR in California, Chapter 8 (CEB 2005).
