Meet Our Staff Arnold Swartz and John Reid are two of the most experienced mediators in Colorado. They have more than 75 years of combined experience in the helping professions;over 45 years in mediation and dispute resolution. The qualifications and experience of each mediator far exceed the Recommended Guidelines for Mediator Education and Training set forth by the Colorado Council of Mediators and the Colorado Bar Association.
