Rojas v. Superior Court: The Battle of Two Opposing Public Policies

Eric van Ginkel
ABSTRACT: The Rojas case represents the dilemma that arises when two public policies collide. On the other hand is the newer but equally strong public policy supporting the confidentiality of conciliation so that the process can be as safe as possible.
