Biography




Mike McWilliams, a Past President of the American Bar Association, has successfully mediated or arbitrated hundreds of disputes involving Associations, Partnerships, Corporations, Construction, Contracts, Employment, Insurance, Real Property, Personal Injury and Securities. He has been a frequent writer, speaker and trainer of Alternative Dispute Resolution topics for a variety of organizations, such as, the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities & Exchange Commission, the American Bar Association, state and local bar associations and other professional and industry groups. Mr. McWilliams, is President of McWILLIAMS DISPUTE RESOLUTION, INC., headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland and is a full-time mediator and arbitrator of national and international general and complex business disputes.
