ABSTRACT: This study investigates two of the four primary mediation styles, evaluative and transformative mediation, and evaluates their strengths and weaknesses. The final conclusion of this study is that no one style is appropriate for dealing with all conflicts. Instead, different styles should be considered as options during the conflict resolution process.
