a friend I know mentioned email as being the lowest form of communication. I disagree with her because I put just as much heart and thought into composing an email as I do a hand written letter. I am online looking for an article that addresses her comment.

i was surprised as to how many people have actually met in person according to the survey. i have 3 internet friends one that i could be serious about ive only been chatting online since december 2001 but it can be quite addictive. i think its a wonderful way to learn about other cultures and talk to people from all over the world. i find the technology so far as the internet goes amazing especially how you can talk to people anywhere in the world and cam and talk to total strangers. linda
