Distribution and Duplication of Mediate.com Articles
Authors of articles posted on Mediate.com retain general hard copy publication rights. Site visitors may print articles utilizing the Mediate.com "Print" function at the top of each article. Any duplication of these articles must be in the complete and un-altered "Print" form with Mediate.com logo, links and contact information as presented.
An author may expressly permit an article appearing on Mediate.com to be printed and distributed in hard copy as the author sees fit. If you wish to publish a Mediate.com article in a hardcopy publication (newsletter, book, training manual, magazine, etc.), you must contact the author for permission. If permission is given, we ask that Mediate.com be acknowledged as the original source of publication.
