This policy statement governs the selection and operation of the Mediate.com Featured Blogs Program located at www.mediate.com/Blogs.

Mediate.com Featured Blogs

1. Inclusion

Blogs are included, or not, as Mediate.com Featured Blogs upon recommendation and in the sole discretion of the Editors of Mediate.com and Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc. There is no objective standard for this editorial decision.

2. Continuance

The fact that a blog is selected as a Mediate.com Featured Blog does not guarantee inclusion of this blog in this program for any specific time period. Blogs may be deselected and no longer included as Mediate.com Featured Blogs at any time in the sole discretion of the Mediate.com Editors.

Mediate.com Featured Blog 3. Graphic

So long as a blog is included in the Mediate.com, Featured Blog program it shall post the graphic show above "Mediate.com Featured Blog" and this graphic must be linked to the url http://www.mediate.com/blogs. This graphic must appear in the first screen visible at the top of each Featured Blog. Failure to include this graphic will result in deselection.

4. Featured Bloggers' Use of Mediate.com Content

Mediate.com Featured Bloggers are authorized and encouraged to incorporate article abstracts and news items into their blogs. Such incorporation is limited to two Mediate.com Articles and two Mediation News Items per month.

Further, when incorporating Mediate.com articles or news items, bloggers are required to incorporate all of the following (for consistency purposes):
1) Mediate.com Title;
2) Mediate.com Author(s); and
3) The entire Mediate.com Abstract.

Further, any use of Mediate.com content must end with the (linked) language "From Mediate.com " or "From Mediation News" as appropriate.

5. Mediate.com Use of Featured Bloggers' Content

It is further understood that Mediate.com can and will review Featured Blogs and periodically post a limited number of quality blog entries directly at Mediate.com, either in the form of a full article or as a news announcement. All Mediate.com postings will include a link to the source Featured Blog.
