As a mediator and facilitator since 2002, I specialize in EEOC, workplace and family/divorce issues. My objective is to create a non-adverserial, collaborative, safe, easy-going dialogue, with a goal of empowering individuals and groups to rediscover their clarity amid conflict. My facilitation approach is future focused searching for areas of commonality and agreement as we work toward successful solutions. Having completed several years of communication and relationship training, I employ my 24 years of administrative and management experience in a complex healthcare organization to address systems thinking, organizational stewardship, and creative planning. My focus is on individual and organizational conflict with an objective of establishing the necessary foundation to enhance understanding and create responsible action.
