Missouri proposed mediation bill
Comments are invited on a proposal for passage of a Mediation Act in Missouri establishing basic standards for mediation as a consensual process honoring the self-determination of the participants. Senate Bill 444 was introduced in the 2009 session of the Misosuri Legislature and is slated for filing in the 2010 session.
