Reconciling Our Border Wars: Invitation to the Dialogue April 25-26, 2013 KU Edwards Campus Best Conference Center, Kansas City AMM was the host of the 2013 regional conference, which is co-sponsore by AMM, Heartland Mediators Association, Iowa Association of Mediators and Nebraska Mediation Association. Sharon Ellison presented four PNDC workshops covering an overview of the war model and non-defensive communication, 2) non-defensive questioning, 3) use of non-defensive statements, and 4) strategic use of positive prediction.
