Course Overview

 

Alternative Resolutions, Inc. will teach you how to LISTEN so you “Get it Right the First Time!”  Become a better listener and avoid costly misunderstandings and mistakes.  Understand the impact of body language on communication.  Develop the skills that will help you hear what is really being said.

 

Good Listeners:

  • Make strong leaders
  • Provide great customer service
  • Make fewer mistakes
  • Are effective team members
  • Resolve conflict
  • Solve problems

 

Participants will have an opportunity to practice and get feedback from professional listeners.

 

Who should attend?

 

"Get it Right the First Time" is for anyone who wants to improve their ability to listen including managers, school administrators and teachers, human resource professionals, attorneys, and social workers.

 

Course Content

 

Become a good listener by learning:

  • How to make sure that what you heard is what was said
  • The three most important active listening skills
  • How body language affects the ability to listen

     ·         Application submitted for 3 CLEs.

Registration Fee $99

                                     $89 per person (3 or more registrations

                                                                 from the same organization)

 

Registration form and fee must be received by June 4th.
