Registration form and fee must be received by September 24, 2008. Registration fee must be received prior to confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Registrants canceling 10 business days before the training will receive a full refund minus $50. Registrants canceling less than ten business days prior to the program or not attending are responsible for the entire fee.
