"We Can Work it Out" is for anyone who wants to become more comfortable addressing conflict including managers, human resource professionals, school administrators and teachers, attorneys, and social workers.

In this informative seminar participants will:
- Explore the causes of conflict in the workplace
- Understand typical approaches to conflict
- Determine when each approach is most effective
- Learn tips for effective conflict management
- Learn skills to improve communication

Presenters
Cancellation Policy: Registrants canceling 10 business days before the training will receive a full refund minus $50.00. Registrants canceling less than ten business days prior to the program or not attending are responsible for the entire fee.
