DOES ADR SPECIALIZATION WORK?

Thursday, March 18, 2004

The Atrium Restaurant
101 California
San Francisco

No host cocktails at 6:00 pm
Dinner at 7:00 pm

John Seitman, former President of the California State Bar, is the Chair of the State Bar Consulting Group which was charged with making a recommendation to the State Bar on whether mediation and/or arbitration should become areas of legal specialization.  Regardless of the outcome at this time, ideas of credentialing or licensing mediators and/or arbitrators will continue to be discussed across the state.  John will update us on what has happened and what to expect in the future.  A recognized leader in ADR, John, who is based in San Diego, has 30 years of experience as a civil litigator, mediator and arbitrator.  A full time neutral with JAMS, he mediates and arbitrates throughout California.

The cost of this program is $55 per person.  Members may bring guests.
