The Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California is a

member-supported non-profit organization whose goal is to provide

educational programs and enhance the professional skills of mediators, facilitators, conciliators, fact finders, arbitrators, hearing officers,trial examiners, ombuds and other collaborative dispute resolvers and facilitators of decision-making processes.

 

We also work to increase public understanding and acceptance of alternative dispute resolution processes and of the roles of collaborative dispute resolvers.
