Conflict Resolution Skills for the Intergenerational Workplace
ADRNC Annual Conference
March 7, 2009
Suggested Review Materials
This workshop will be a hands-on, practical exercise that allows practitioners a chance to integrate conflict resolution skills and the current discourse related to the 4 generations working together in the workplaces of the United States. As we know participants in this workshop will have different levels of exposure to these current “intergenerational” conversations, we provide below some optional resources that you may choose to preview in preparation for the workshop. No one will be at a disadvantage if s/he lacks the time to do so and/or finds different resources for use.
