How our brains handle conflict and conversational decision-making is paramount to the work we do. Come to this workshop and explore the dimensions of your mind, the responses of your client’s and strategies of influence. Intervention with the brain ~ Learn how your clients bring their brains to your office and how you are using yours.
Presenter: Jennifer Kresge
Jennifer Kresge is a mediator and licensed clinician in private practice. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology and a Master’s of Governance certification. She has been mediating for over twenty-four years. She provides mediation training to a variety of populations, and is an expert witness providing testimony in the area of child development, custodial issues, domestic violence and child abuse. Additionally she is a parent coordinator/special master in high conflict divorce cases. She is an Advanced Practitioner/Trainer member of The Association of Conflict Resolution (ACR), and serves on their Legislative and Public Policy Committee Jennifer is presently serving on the ADRNC Board of Directors, is Past President of the California County Boards of Education, and an elected trustee on the Napa County Board of Education currently serving as Vice-President. She is a member of the Napa Valley Leadership Council. For the past five years she has been involved in post graduate coursework in Neuroscience, and she is a member of the Brainy Bunch.
