Evening with Mediator Chris Knowlton

Presenter: Chris Knowlton has worked for over 20 year s as a neutral mediator and labor arbitrator, and has helped resolve approximately 2000 disputes, including employee discipline and discharge matters, labor contract formation and interpretation, individual and class claims of discrimination and harassment, entertainment industry contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and major league baseball salary arbitration. She is the former Director of UC Hastings College of the Law’s Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, where she taught negotiation and mediation.
