Listening is an essential skill for all conflict resolvers. Learn more about the skills of listening, understanding and being understood. Authors, Dr. Paul Donoghue and Dr. Mary Siegel have created a valuable roadmap to improving our ability to listen. Join this interactive tele-seminar to learn more from these inspirational speakers about their step-by-step guide to effective listening. You may participate using any telephone.

 

Presenters: Paul J. Donoghue, Ph.D. and Mary E. Siegel, PhD. are co-authors of Are You Really Listening? Keys to Successful Communications. They are psychologists in private practice who also consult to corporations and organizations in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Their work has been featured on CNBC and Good Day New York, The Today Show and in The New York Times.
