Here's your chance to meet Mary Parker Follett (1868 - 1933), a pioneer in the field of conflict resolution also known as the "Prophet of Management." In an informal setting she will briefly share her wisdom on constructive conflict resolution. Then you may ask her questions ranging from a fight you had at the breakfast table to the war in the Middle East. She will be eager to learn whether her views, shaped during her time on earth, still have "legs" and of new approaches you have discovered in your time. Follett's visit is being arranged by Albie Davis, formerly Director of Mediation for the District Courts in Massachusetts, and one of 12 mediators profiled in When Talk Works by Deborah Kolb and Associates.
Space is limited so register early!!!
