Open Enrollment Training Vendor Questionnaire

Purpose Statement:

The Workplace Section is starting a repository of training vendors who offer workplace alternative dispute resolution training. The repository is offered as a free service to those seeking to take training and those who wish to list their public training in the repository. The repository can be easily accessed by anyone who visits the ACR Workplace Section web site.

For the present, the database will include only public trainings with open enrollment available to any potential trainee looking to build or enhance his/her skills, knowledge and awareness in workplace ADR.

Vendors who offer customized training for a specific group, organization or agency which limits enrollment to the hiring entity will not be included at this time.

Objectives:

  • to supply "one-stop shopping" for potential trainees and employers seeking training providers
  • to identify organizations/companies that provide workplace training on the topic of dispute/conflict resolution that are open to the public
  • to build successful working relationships/partnerships with dispute/conflict resolution vendors
