THE ASSOCIATION FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION'S WORKPLACE SECTION Program Descriptions The Conflict Dynamics Profile® is an assessment instrument dealing with conflict behaviors, providing powerful ways to improve self-awareness of what triggers conflict in individuals as well as how they respond to conflict. The CDP Feedback Report is user-friendly, however, the feedback can be very powerful for some individuals. Since the role of the facilitator is important to the value of the feedback, the Leadership Development Institute requires that the instrument be administered only by certified professionals. By attending the program, participants: • Gain an understanding of the Conflict Dynamics Profile® history, research, and key principles • Learn how to read and analyze data in the feedback report • Develop an ability to facilitate a feedback session using the Conflict Dynamics Profile • Learn practical applications of the Conflict Dynamics Profile and how to assist others with developmental planning • Learn RTM’s model for using the CDP with EEO Coaching on problem behaviors that could give rise to harassment and hostile workplace complaints • Become eligible to purchase the Conflict Dynamics Profile for use in their coaching/mediation practices Tuition: $495*, includes all materials and completion of CDP 360 degree assessment tool Dates: September 28, 2007 Location: San Diego, CA Time: 9:00am-4:30pm Program Certifications/CEUs: Eligible for 6.5 hours of continuing education ACR Workplace Section Member Discount: 10% ACR Workplace Section Member For more information contact: Debra Dupree, Certified CDP User / Trainer – Eckerd College Call 1-800-743-1973 or email debradupree@relationshipsthatmatter.com. *enroll in both the CDP and Emotional Fitness (#4 above) at the same time and save $50 off each program 5.
