ACR - Family Section Home

The Family Section provides leadership, training and mentoring to members; identifies and sets standards for best practices in the field of family mediation; provides networking and communications opportunities for members; and provides conflict resolution services in all aspects of family concerns, from adoption, divorce, family and custody disputes to family businesses, estates, etc.

Members of ACR Family Section provide family mediation for families that are intact, as well as divorce mediation and mediation of the issues surrounding divorce such as child custody, support, property division, visitation and related matters.

Family Section Teleseminar Series

The Family Section has scheduled a monthly series of content-rich presentations by highly qualified practitioners in our field. The teleseminars are the first Wednesday of the month from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. For a full schedule of upcoming presentations, please click here.  

The New ACR 

As ACR completes the transition from a new organization to a growing organization, the Family Section will be breathing new life into old programs and will be introducing new benefits to section members. We welcome your input and your suggestions for the development of member benefits for ACR members and Family Section members. Please submit your comments below.

Mediation Brochures - AVAILABLE NOW!

In our ongoing effort to provide meaningful benefits to Family Section members, the membership committee has developed two mediation brochures. These brochures are very attractive and can be customized to include your name and contact information. You can use these terrific brochures to target consumers or referral sources in an effort to build and expand your practice. This is an amazing value that would be difficult to match by developing and ordering your own brochures.
