ACR Education Section Call for Committee Members September 2008

Please consider becoming a member of one of the Ed Section committees.   There are two types of committees: 

            Constituency committees:  Early Childhood and Elementary Education;   Secondary Education and Youth-Serving Organizations; Higher Education.

Section Committees:  Conference; Funding; Membership; Nominations and Elections; Outreach; Publications; Research.

The way to do this is as follows:

·         Read over the description of the committees in the Organizing Document (Link to Article V) to see which committee(s) interests you the most and decide if: 

o       you can bring expertise or support to this committee; or

o       you would like to learn more about this area of the field and could do that by joining the committee; or

o       you think this committee really needs help!

·         Send a note to the Nominations and Elections Committee in care of Kathy Bickmore (kbickmore@oise.ca) letting us know that you would like to sign up for that committee.  We’ll be back in touch soon.
