The undersigned hereby: represents and warrants that the Work is original, that it has not been previously published, and that he/she is the author of the Work, except for material such as text passages, figures, and data that clearly identify the original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners if required; represents that the Work has not been simultaneously submitted to other publications (including online publications); assigns to ACR the right to publish, republish, reprint (or allow to be reprinted), reuse, and excerpt the above Work in any medium; agrees that if the same version of the Work is republished by a source other than ACR, acknowledgement will be given to ACR as the original publisher of the Work; acknowledges and agrees that ACR has the right to edit the Work for space and conformity to accepted standards of language usage, grammar, and punctuation; understands that any substantial editorial changes will be made in consultation with the author; is aware that ACR editorial staff will make the final determination of final text of all articles to be published in the Section Newsletter; represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this agreement; and expects no monetary compensation, remuneration, or fee in exchange for the Work submitted to ACR for publication.

ACR reserves the right not to publish any Work for any reason. In the event the above Work is not accepted and published by ACR, or is withdrawn by the author(s) before acceptance by ACR, this agreement becomes null and void.
