Shipping Policy

Most shipped U. S. orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Posted shipping rates are for shipments to the United States. Actual costs are charged for international shipping. Delivery may take longer.

Returns & Refund Policy

Physical Items such as DVDs or CDs
You may return items with a substantial defect for replacement within 15 days of delivery.

Services
This policy covers Internet services, such as Mediate.com Dynamic Web Sites and promotional listings such as MediatorDirect, Locate a Mediator, Mediate.com MarketPlace, Statewide Dynamic Banners, Static Banners, Video Streaming purchases and other Internet and digital services not listed. For listings or services that are paid monthly, clients can cancel at the end of any billing month without penalty. There are no refunds for a partial month. For listings and/or services that are discounted and paid annually, refunds are not available.
