Deedee Jones

Deedee provides mediation services to families and children, to parents and adult children, to separating or divorcing couples, and to couples who are trying to stay married. Deedee is one of the original Parent Coordinators in the Vermont program which provides specialized dispute resolution to high conflict families. The goal of the Parent Coordinator is to keep children protected from adult conflict and violence. This is a Court ordered process that involves extensive work with children and families and results in a written report and recommendations that are filed with the Court. For families struggling with issues facing an elderly member, Deedee can help families look at options, make choices, and help members move forward in a compassionate context. Deedee can work on-site with family members to accommodate an elderly member(s). As the coordinator of mediation services in Small Claims Court in Newfane, Vermont, Deedee offers mediation services to small claims litigants. If parties such as neighbors, community groups, or businesses that are involved in a dispute do not wish to file a small claims action in court, Deedee is able to provide private mediation services.
