Date Filtering Options


To provide you more reporting options, you now have a variety of ways in which you may filter cases by a specific date or date range.

On your services report you can filter the information by a start and end date.

You can filter your Activities and Calendar Items report by start and end dates, as well as by Case and Staff.

In your billables report you can enter the report period by start and end dates. 

Finally you can also filter the cases displayed by a custom date field that you have created.

For instance, if you want to view your case for which the notice was mailed on 8/1/12, simply enter that into your filter criteria and that case will be the only one that appears.
