Fees:

For civil and family mediations the hourly rate of the mediator will vary between $200 and $450 per hour,depending on experience, subject matter and availability of the mediator.

There will be an Administrative Fee of $150 per mediation for civil mediations and family mediations of longer duration divided between the parties.

For Appellate Mediations in  Worker's Comp cases, the fee is $225 per hour with a  two hour minimum with  no Administrative Fee.
