Finding Solutions to Personal
and Business Legal Problems
I am an MIT-educated, mediator, arbitrator and AV-rated attorney. For my entire eclectic career, I have been resolving conflicts for my employers and clients. Now, after a career phase as an in-house corporate attorney in Philadelphia, after a second phase as a law-firm lawyer practicing regulatory, commercial, corporate and environmental law and litigation in Reno, Nevada, I have entered the third career phase focusing on alternate dispute resolution. I apply my complete education, training, experience and skills to helping parties and their counsel understand and resolve their conflicts and disputes.
Through Saint-Aubin Mediation, located near the sunny Orange County coast, I am available to provide dispute resolution and conciliation services throughout Nevada and Southern California or wherever the parties desire that their conflicts be managed and addressed. I am available as a mediator, as an arbitrator, as a settlement judge, for chaos management and for case evaluations and mock trials or mock arbitrations. I will work with you (and your adversaries) to independently and neutrally evaluate your position, to find creative solutions and to establish other dispute resolution formats tailored to resolving your conflicts.
Jurisdiction and Forums
Licensed as an attorney in California and Nevada, I have been designated as and served as an Arbitrator for Washoe and Clark County, Nevada, District Courts, for FINRA (formerly NASD and the NYSE), the Los Angeles Superior Court and as a neutral arbitrator for Kaiser Permanente. I have also been designated as and serve as a Settlement Judge mediator for the Nevada Supreme Court, as an Attorney Settlement Officer for the United States District Court, Central District of California and as a mediator for FINRA and the Los Angeles Superior Court. I have also served in mock securities arbitrations.
