The Firm and Its Mission

Sage Mediation Services, LLC was founded by Rick to provide Mediation and Arbitration Services. This decision resulted from the realization that litigation has become overwhelmingly expensive, frustrating, time consuming and stressful to most, if not all, litigants. 

Mediation as an Alternative

Surely, there has to be a better way. And, there is - Mediation. While not new, Mediation has become a frequently preferred alternative to litigation. Certainly, not the complete or perfect solution to all disputes - litigated or otherwise - it is, almost always, the better alternative. Even if ultimately unsuccessful - if success is defined by complete resolution of the dispute - often it is still very productive by reducing the number of disputed issues, clarifying misunderstandings, and/or narrowing the gap between the parties' respective positions.
