Stan serves as a member of the Mediation and Arbitration Panel with the Santa Clara County Superior Court. For more than twenty (20) years, Stan has assisted the Family Court as a temporary judge. And since 1983, Stan has volunteered as a Small Claims Court temporary judge. Stan is also a trained arbitrator for the attorney-client fee disputes for the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
