How do I start the process?
Starting the mediation process is easy.
If the parties have already agreed to mediate their dispute, a list of potential qualified mediators should be assembled and those mediators should be interviewed and consulted for their availability.
If the parties have not agreed to mediate, Richard A. Reyes, LLC would be happy to contact the other parties in an effort to discuss the benefits of mediation. If the parties agree to try mediation, then the selection of the mediator process can begin.
