FEE POLICY

• Administrative Fee: $75.00 per party, per day.
• Neutral/Mediator fees are per party, per hour.
• There is a two (2) hour minimum charge for all mediations, including cancellations, rescheduling, or postponements.
• Additional time spent on document or mediation statement review will be billed at the same hourly rate.
• Travel Time: For mediations held outside of the metro Atlanta area, travel will be billed at $100 per hour, plus reasonable lodging and meal expenses.
• There is a four (4) hour minimum charge for mediations held outside of Metro Atlanta.
• All fees, expenses, costs, and travel time will be split equally among all parties, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Payment Terms: Administrative Fee and Minimum Charges are due at the start of the mediation.  Any fees and costs in excess of the minimum will be billed to each party. Net 30 days.
• Our contract for services also includes the attorneys representing each party.  When parties are represented by legal counsel, payment is expected from the attorney.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Written confirmation of your mediation will be mailed to all parties within 48 hours of the case submission to Richard A. Reys, LLC.
• Our staff will re-confirm the mediation date and time two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled mediation date.
• If the matter is cancelled or rescheduled at or before this time, no cancellation fees will apply.
• Cases that are booked within the fourteen (14) day window will be considered confirmed, and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

• Mediator:  Richard A. Reyes, JD, MBA, MSCM
• 2 Party Dispute - $100.00 per hour/per party.
• 3 Party Dispute - $90.00 per hour/per party.
• 4 or More Party Dispute - $75.00 per hour/per party.
