Professional Mediation Services
Richard Lutringer is a mediator active in the legal, financial and practical aspects of disputes involving domestic and international commercial and corporate transactions. He has mediated disputes arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing, distribution and corporate finance, among other areas.
In addition to the AAA mediation panel for New York City, Mr. Lutringer is on state and federal court mediation rosters. He has published several articles concerning the mediation of business disputes, including the "Mediation of Business Divorce" in the Fall 2009 issue of The New York Dispute Resolution Lawyer. In 2012, Richard was recognized a member of the NY Chapter of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
