For the last fifteen years, he has managed a national program resolving complaints that have been filed under the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Workplace Mediation
These mediation services cover issues that arise in the workplace not specifically based on alleged discrimination. Rather, these services help individuals who have personality differences, differences in interpretation of office policy, or, for example, differences of opinion about how a work task should be carried out. These differences of opinion may have been initiated with an EEO complaint but really involve conflicts inherent in the personalities of the individuals or workplace dynamics.

Analysis
With the use of the Trans-act or CDP, employees and employers are counseled on their approaches to conflict management in the workplace.
