BASIC COLLABORATIVE LAW TRAINING:

      This two-day intensive training is designed for attorneys who desire to begin representing divorce clients in this new dispute resolution model which is growing nationwide.

MEDIATION TRAINING:

 

     John McElwee and Marie Hill initially teamed up in 1997 to offer the 40-hour Divorce/Family Mediation Training for the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, sponsored by the Ohio Supreme Court, and they have been presenting every year since then.

     The next scheduled training is as follows:      

2005: March 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, Cincinnati, Ohio. Cost: $850.

     These trainings are offered for attorneys, court personnel, educators, mental health professionals, clergy, and those who wish to learn the skill of divorce and family mediation. training).

     John and Marie are available to come to your location to present the 40-hour basic family/divorce mediation training. They also are available for customized advanced mediation training.
