Mike Carolla Is executive director of Touchstone Counseling and Family Services  in Pleasant Hill, Ca.

Mike has over 15 years experience in the mediation and mental health field. He has worked closely with the courts and is often referred to by the family court system for co-parenting mediation, post divorce parent/child mediation and for individual divorce coaching.

Currrently his practice is focused on divorce and family mediation. This includes pre-filing divorce mediation, post filing mediation, co-parenting mediation issues, as well as parent/child issues where the divorce has caused a breach in the relationship.

Mike takes a strength based approach to the mediation process. He believes that by helping both parties to negotiate from their 'best selves' is the most effective way for the parties to reach a 'win win' agreement.
